Standard Tracked Delivery (usually 4-8 business days) - $8.49 on orders over $52.22 (otherwise $10.18 on orders over $26.11 and $11.10 for orders under $26.11)
EU
Saver Delivery (usually 5-7 business days) - $9.14 on orders under $26.11, $8.49 on orders over $26.11, orders over $52.22 use "Standard Tracked Delivery" (below).
